Kaleidoscope 2020 by NetMonk: 7 Most memorable Moments In 2020

Soon 2020 will come to an end and we will welcome the new year 2021 with joy and hope that it will be a better year. During this year, we know everyone had a tough time as the Covid-19 pandemic spread around the world, and so did we. Although it was hard, with struggle and determination we finally made it to the end of 2020.

As mentioned in the previous paragraph, in 2020 yesterday, NetMonk also experienced difficult times but with solid teamwork and communication between teams well maintained, NetMonk was able to get through it until the end of this year. So to welcome the new year 2021, we will recap what happened at NetMonk during 2020. Check out some of NetMonk’s 2020 recap or kaleidoscope below.

1. NetMonk Goes To Bandung
   In February, the entire NetMonk team took a trip to Bandung together to spend a vacation together. We spent a great time in Bandung for 3 days and 2 nights. Not only eating delicious culinary, we also went to exciting and fun places such as rafting, paintball, flying fox, and ATV in Ciater, Bandung. Through this gathering, our bonding as a team became more solid and we were able to have more fun.
2. NetMonk at DataSecureAI 2020
   In the following month, March 4-6, 2020, NetMonk participated in the DataSecureAI 2020 event which was held at the Jakarta Convention Center, Indonesia. The event was attended by hundreds of company participants from Indonesia and abroad. We met many new relationships and had the opportunity to introduce NetMonk to a wider network.
3. Webinar with NetMonk and Sobat Cyber Indonesia
   In collaboration with Sobat Cyber Indonesia, NetMonk held a webinar with two different themes, namely “Indonesia’s Internet Service Business in the New Normal Period” which was held on June 18, 2020 and then on July 2, 2020 with “How Network Monitoring Can Help to Facing Work From Home Reality”.

This webinar was also filled with speakers who are experts in their fields such as Mr. Prasetyo Raharjo, MTI (Corporate Innovation Provocateur at Telkom), Jamalul Izza (Chairman of APJII), Haidlir Naqvi (NetMonk Technical Support Engineer), Fanky Christian (Director of PT. Daya Cipta Mandiri Solusi and Chairman of DKI Jakarta DPD at the National Information Technology Entrepreneurs Association (APTIKNAS)), and last but not least Gani Amri (NetMonk Technical Lead).

Together with presenters who are experts in their fields, this webinar was also attended by hundreds of participants who were very enthusiastic in following it. At the end of the event, we also provided free training or training with the theme “Create [Do It Yourself] Video Conference Monitoring Dashboard for Jitsi” which was held on July 11, 2020 which was filled directly by our expert, Haidlir Naqvi.

4. NetMonk got “The Most Inspiring Innovation” award by Telkom
   Precisely on Telkom’s 55th Anniversary on July 6, 2020, NetMonk was awarded as “The Most Inspiring Innovation” in 2020 along with 2 other start-ups, Bigbox and Oca. We are very proud and grateful for this achievement and hopefully NetMonk can become an even better start-up and can continue to provide the best monitoring solutions.
5. Love Letter “from NetMonk with love”
   Who doesn’t need love? NetMonk has a campaign “From NetMonk with Love” which is a campaign specifically for our prospective customers by sending love letters in the form of gifts containing guidebooks about NetMonk products, journal books, and others. Not only that, but we send this love letter to establish a good relationship with our prospective customers.
6. NetMonk with Telkom Regional-II
   Telkom Regional-II and NetMonk worked together to help the Tangerang city government ensure that internet services in every RW can run well. We are very happy to be given this opportunity and it is a valuable experience for us.
7. Appreciation Award by NetMonk
   NetMonk feels grateful for being trusted to provide monitoring solutions to companies in Indonesia and make our dream come true which is to provide the best service to our customers. As a start-up, we are grateful to those who believe in NetMonk and for that, we give an award as a form of appreciation for supporting us to get this far. We also hope that, through this award, we can strengthen our relationship even better in the future.

Those are the 7 most memorable moments that we have recapped through this article. We know, 2020 was not an easy time but in the end we made it through to the end of 2020. Hopefully, 2021 can be an even better year and bring happiness to all of us.
