As the term familiar to our ears, the customer is king. Providing a valuable experience of our products and services to customers can be one of the keys to success in improving customer experience.
This is proven by research conducted by PWC quoted from superoffice.com, namely that a good customer experience means your customers will spend more. In fact, 86% of buyers are willing to pay more for an extraordinary customer experience.
So how do you optimize customer experience in business?
